​There are two ways to update sales prices in Metro depending on how many products you need to update.

Update Individual Product Price in Metro.

Use this method when you need to update the sales price of a single product.

1) Go to the "Sales" module by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or using the application menu.

2) Inside the Sales module, find the "Products" menu. This is where you manage your products.

Go to Sales → Products → Products.

3) Switch to List View.

4) Select the products you want to update. 

Now, Open the product and click Onn the Edit button.

5) In the General Information tab:

• Update Sales Price.

6) Click the Save button and verify that the updated Sales Price is displayed correctly and applied to future quotations and sales orders.

Update Product Prices Using Export & Import.

1) Open the Product List View

• Switch to List View if not already selected.
• Verify that all products to be updated are visible.

2) Export Product Data

• Click Action → Export.

• Select the following fields:
  • Sequence 
  • Product Name
  • Internal Reference
  • Responsible
  • Sales Price
  • Cost
  • Unit of Measure

Select the checkbox of I want to update data (import-compatible export).

• Click Export to XLSX and save the file.

3) Update Sales Prices in Excel

• Open the exported Excel file.

• Modify the values in the Sales Price column as required.

• Do not change the Internal Reference values.
• Save the updated file.

4) Import the Updated File

• Return to Sales → Products → Products.
• Click Favorites → Import Records.

• Upload the updated Excel file. Click On the load File button.

5) Validate the Import File

• Click Test to validate the file.
• Review any validation errors and correct them if necessary.

6) Import the Data

• Click Import.
• Wait for the import process to complete successfully.

7) Verify Updated Prices

• Open a few products from Sales → Products → Products.
• Confirm that the Sales Price has been updated correctly.
