How do you get a daily balance of product?

To get a daily balance of products in Metro ERP, you can follow these steps:

1) Use an Inventory Valuation Report

Metro ERP has built-in inventory reports that can provide the daily balance of products.

Go to the Inventory Module:

Open the Inventory app from your Metro ERP dashboard.

2) Access Reporting:

Navigate to the Reporting menu.

3) Inventory Valuation:

Select the Inventory Valuation report. Set the filter to the date you want to view. You can filter by a specific date or a range to see daily balances.

Apply Filters:

• Use the filters to select the specific product(s) you want to analyze.
• Set the date range to the desired month.

Group By and Measures:

• Use the "Group By" option to group the data by month.
• Select the relevant measures such as quantity, value, etc.

4) You can check the daily product balance directly from the product form view in Metro ERP by leveraging the "History" feature and the "Inventory Valuation" linked to each product. Here's how you can do it: 

Metro ERP allows you to view the stock moves and history for each product, which can give you an idea of the daily balance.

Navigate to Products: Go to Inventory > Products > Products.

5) Select a Product:

Click on the product for which you want to check the daily balance.

6) View Inventory:

On the product form, click on the Inventory tab. Here you can see the On Hand quantity.

Here you can see the Forecasted quantity.
