How to delete or archive a Product?
In Metro, you can either delete a product or archive it. Archiving is generally preferred for products with historical records to maintain data integrity. Here's how to do both:
1) Access the POS Module:
Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.
2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Products.
3) Select your Product and click on 'Action' drop-down menu.
4) Click on 'Delete' in order to delete the Product completely from the database.
5) Click on 'Archive' to make the Product inactive. and vice-versa.
Note: Perform these operations only after closing the POS Session.
