​How can I customize pipeline stages in Metro CRM?

In Metro CRM, customizing pipeline stages allows you to tailor the sales process to match your business workflow. Here's how you can customize pipeline stages:

1) Go to CRM: From the main dashboard, click on the CRM app.

2) View CRM from the main dashboard. 

Click on Pipeline to open the Kanban view of your sales pipeline.



3) Edit Existing Stage

  • On the top of each column (stage), click the gear icon (⚙️) or three vertical dots.



  • Select “Edit Stage”.

  • You can modify and then click on the Save button.



    • Stage Name

    • Folded in Pipeline (whether to collapse the stage when it's empty)

    • Requirements or Description

    • Probability (%) (used for expected revenue)

4) Add a New Stage

  • In the Kanban view, scroll right to the end of the stages.

  • Click on “Add a Column”.



  • Enter the Stage Name and click Add.



5) Reorder Stages

  • Drag and drop the stages left or right to change their order in the pipeline.

6) Optional: Add Stages

Here you can:


  • Create, edit, or delete stages

  • Assign stages to specific sales teams

  • Add specific color codes (if needed)
