How do I set up default quotation validity in sales application?
To set up the default quotation validity in Metro ERP's Sales App, follow these steps:
1) Go to the "Sales" module by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or using the application menu.
2) In the Sales module, navigate to the "Configuration">> "Settings" menu and find a section name called "Quotations & Orders".
3) Under the "Quotations & Orders" section, find the "Default Quotation Validity" field that allows you to set the default validity period for quotations.
4) Enter the number of days for the default quotation validity.
5) For example, if you enter "7," it means that quotations will be valid for 7 days by default.
6) Enter the default quotation validity period.
7) Save the settings to apply the default validity.
