​​How to apply filters to RFQs?

Yes, you can filter RFQs (Request for Quotation) in the Purchase app of Metro ERP. Filtering allows you to narrow down the list of RFQs based on specific criteria. Here's how you can do it:

1) Go to the Purchase app from the Metro ERP main menu.

2) Click on the "Requests for Quotation" option.


3) On the RFQs list view, you'll typically find a search bar or filter options at the top.

4) Look for the "Filter" or "Search" field.



5) Depending on the capabilities of your Metro ERP version, you may have different filtering options available, such as by partner, status, date range, product, or other relevant criteria.


6) Enter the desired filter criteria in the filter/search field.



7) As you type, Metro ERP will dynamically filter the RFQs based on your specified criteria.



8) Metro ERP will display a list of RFQs that meet the specified filter criteria, allowing you to focus on specific RFQs.

By using the filtering options in the Purchase app of Metro ERP, you can easily search and view RFQs based on specific criteria, making it more efficient to manage your purchasing process.
