How do I show QR Code in the PoS?
To show a QR Code in the Point of Sale (PoS) screen or receipt in Metro.
1) Access the PoS Module:
Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (PoS) module.
2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Dashboard > Open the Session.
Open the session you are working in.
3) Create Order in PoS.
4) Now, Click on Payment button. Show the Payment screen.
It is requirement for the QR code to show up in the PoS, which includes:
- A UEN number must be added to the company.
- The "Show QR Code" button must be clicked once.
5) Payment Methods / Paynow Configuration Explained
This screen configures a specific payment method named "Paynow". In many regions, "Paynow" refers to a QR-based payment system (e.g., Singapore's PayNow, which is often used for direct bank transfers).
6) The "Show QR Code" button must be clicked once. Now, Click on the Destok Icon in Pos Screen.
