What is the process to use "Receive Money" and "Spend Money" in Metro Accounting System?
In Metro(Accounting module), the "Receive Money" and "Spend Money" functions are part of Bank or Cash Journals, allowing you to manually record incoming or outgoing transactions such as:

Receive Money: Customer payments, cash sales, interest income, etc.

Spend Money: Office expenses, supplier payments, petty cash, etc.
1) Go to the 'Accounting' module.
2) Go to 'Customer >> Receive Money'.
3) Click on the Create Button.
4) Receive Money.
This screen is used to record incoming funds — such as customer payments, miscellaneous income, or manual deposits — directly into the Bank Journal.
Key Fields Explained:
