In Metro ERP, you can archive and unarchive a pricelist in the Sales application by following these steps:

1) Go to the Sales Application: 

• From the Metro ERP dashboard, click on the Sales module.
  
  

2) Navigate to Pricelists:

• Click on Pricelists under the Products section. 
• Inside the Sales module, click on "Orders >> Products >> Pricelists " menu
  

3) Find the pricelist you want to archive and click to open it.|

4) Archive the Pricelist:

• Once inside the pricelist view, you will see a button labeled "Archive" in the top menu.
• Click on this Archive button to archive the pricelist.
• The pricelist will now be inactive and hidden from the active list.

Now, Click on the unarchive menu from the action menu. It is unarchive the pricelist.
