​​Need Support? Discover the Simple Steps to Create a Ticket

To create a ticket in the Metro ERP system, follow these steps:

1)  First, log in to the system by providing your credentials.


2) Click on the ticket icon located in the top apps bar of the Metro ERP system.


3) This action will open the Helpdesk Ticket Wizard form.

4) Fill in the ticket with your subject, ticket type, priority, tags, and description.

5) The system will automatically take a screenshot of your current page when you click on the ticket button.

6) If you want to upload images or PDFs related to your issue, you can do so in the Upload Attachments section. After adding the necessary attachments, click on the Save button.

7) Alternatively, you can create a ticket using the Helpdesk app from the main dashboard.


8) Navigate to the "Tickets > My Tickets" menu and click on the Create button to create a ticket with issue details, then save the form.
