How do I enable Sales Quotation Auto Sent checkbox in sales module?
To enable the "Sales Quotation Auto Sent" checkbox in Metro ERP's Sales module, you can follow these steps:
In Metro ERP, the "Sales Quotation Auto Sent" checkbox is used to automate the process of sales quotations. When this option is enabled, the quotation will automatically move quotation stage to quotation sent stage.
1) Go to the Sales application by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or by using the application menu.
2) Navigate to the Configuration >> Settings menu of the sales modules.
A search bar is located at the top right, enabling you to search for specific settings or configurations within the module.
Locate and Enable the Auto Sent Quotation Option:
- In the Quotations & Orders section, check if there’s an option for Auto Send Quotations. If available, enable it.
At the top, there are action buttons for "Save" and "Discard," allowing you to save or discard the changes made in the settings.
