How to export partner ledger report?

To access the partner ledger report in Metro ERP's Accounting App, follow these steps:

1) Once logged in, go to the Accounting Module:

  • From the dashboard, click on the Accounting module. If you do not see the Accounting module on your dashboard, you may need to enable it through the Apps menu or contact your administrator.


2) Navigate to Accounting:

  • In the Accounting module, look for the menu bar at the top of the page.

From the drop-down menu, select Partner Ledger.  This is where you can access your Partner Ledger Reports.


This will open the Partner Ledger entry, where you can view the partner ledger for your organization over a specified period.


3) Configure Export Data Parameters:

  • You may have options to select the time period, accounting method, and other relevant parameters.
  • Adjust these settings as needed to get your partner ledger report.



4) You can filter the report according to your requirements, such as 'Unposted and Posted,' 'To check,' 'Sales and Purchases,' 'Bank, Cash, and Miscellaneous,' 'Payable and Receivable,'   by utilizing the filter option provided in the accounting module. Alternatively, you can apply a custom filter to access your data.


5)  You can Group By the report according to your requirements, such as 'Journal Entry, 'Account', 'Partner,' 'Journal', 'Year, Month, Quarter, and Date,' by utilizing the Group By option provided in the accounting module.


Configure Report Parameters:

  • You may have options to select the time period, accounting method (cash or accrual), and other relevant parameters.
  • Adjust these settings as needed to get the desired view of your cash flow.

Generate and view the report data:

  • Once you have configured the parameters, generate the report.
  • The Partner Ledger Report will be displayed, showing the data for the selected period.

6) You can download your report's data in Excel format by clicking on the Export buttons.
