To create a Manufacturing Order from the Metro ERP's Manufacturing App, follow these steps:

​1) Go to the "Manufacturing" module by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or using the application menu.

2) Inside the Manufacturing module, go to the "Operations" menu and select "Manufacturing Orders" to create and manage your orders.



3) Click On the Create button to create a Manufacturing Order.



4) Fill out the order form with the necessary details.

       

• Product: Choose the product you wish to manufacture.
• Bill of Materials (BoM): The system will automatically fill in the associated BoM if one exists for the selected product. If not, you'll need to create a BoM first.
• Quantity: Specify the quantity you want to produce.
• Scheduled Date: Set the date when you want to start production.

• Responsible: Assign the person responsible for this manufacturing order.
  

5) In the Miscellaneous tab, you can specify the Operation Type, Component Location, and Finished Product Location.



6) Check and Confirm Order.

Review the information and click Save button.

If everything looks good, click Confirm buttom to start the manufacturing process.



7) Start and Complete the Manufacturing Order
Once confirmed, click Mark as Done button once production is completed.

The system will automatically update the stock quantities for the finished product and consumed raw materials.



8) You can verify the updated on-hand quantity of the manufactured product directly in the product form. Additionally, you can use the smart buttons in the product form to access the Bill of Materials and review details such as the quantity manufactured for this product.



9) In the manufacturing order form, you can find the Product Moves smart button. This allows you to review detailed information about product movements, including the source and destination locations, quantities, dates, and product names.
