How to print the Receipt for an Order?

​In Metro, printing a receipt for an order in the Point of Sale (POS) module can be done easily. Follow these steps: 

1) Access the POS Module:

Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.


2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Dashboard > Open the Session.

Open the session you are working in.

3) Create a New Order: If you don't have an order ready, create one by adding products to the cart. 

4) Complete the Order:

  • Once you are done with the cart, click the "Payment" button to complete the transaction.
  • Choose the payment method and confirm the payment.


5) Print the Receipt:

  • After confirming the payment, you will be redirected to the receipt screen.
  • Click the "Print Receipt" button located on the top-right of the screen.
