​How to add the Customised Discounts and apply to the POS Order?

In Metro, you can add and configure customized discounts to apply to POS orders. Here's a step-by-step guide to achieve this:

1) Access the POS Module:

Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.

2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > POS Discount.


    2.1) ​Click on ‘Create’ to open the form and enter the Name, Code and Value(%). 

    2.2) ​Go to Point of Sale >  Configuration >  Point of Sale. Under the Retail features, set the Standard Discount Type field to ‘Custom Discount’. 

    2.3) ​Now open the POS Session, add the Products into the Cart. And click on the Discount button icon to select various custom discounts. Select one and apply. 

    2.4) ​You can see the discount applied to the Product line.
