Here’s a clear step-by-step guide to manually update the currency exchange rate in Metro ERP:

1) Go to the ‘Accounting’ App by clicking on the Accouting application.

2) View Accounting Dashboard. Now, Go to Currencies

In Metro, navigate to Accounting → Configuration → Currencies.

3) View the Currencies List.

4) From the list of currencies, Select and open the Currency you want to update (e.g., USD, EUR, etc.)

Now, Click on the Rates Smart Icon button.

5) Under the Rates tab: Set the Date and Enter the New Rate value.

6) Click Save to apply changes.

7) View the updated Rate.
