​How to use MetroGenie in Metro Accounting System?

​To use MetroGenie within the Metro Accounting System, follow this step-by-step guide:


What is MetroGenie?

MetroGenie is a smart dashboard or assistant interface within the Metro Accounting System. It helps users quickly perform routine accounting tasks like creating invoices, bills, contacts, and viewing reports.

1) Access MetroGenie Dashboard


2) View MetroGenie Dashboard. Once logged in, you'll see a Welcome screen titled.


3) Use the Search Bar.



  • In the search field (labelled “Search…..”), you can type any of the following:

    • Create Invoice

    • Create Bill

    • Create Product

    • Create Contacts

    • View Invoice, etc.

  • Suggestions will appear. Just click on the desired option.

Example: Select Create Invoice; it is redirected to the create invoice page.


4) Use Quick Buttons.




Alternatively, use the colored Quick Action Buttons below the search bar:

  • Create Invoice
  • Create Contacts
  • Create Product
  • Create Bills
  • Raise Issue/Ticket
  • View Tax Report, etc.

These buttons instantly take you to the relevant screen.

Example: Click on View Tax Report button; it is redirected to the Tax Report page.
