How to reprint the Receipt for an Order?

 

In Metro, reprinting a receipt for an order in the Point of Sale (POS) is a straightforward process. Follow these steps:

1) Access the POS Module:

Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.


2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Dashboard > Open the Session.

3) Click on the 'Order History' button which can be easily found on the Product Carts section.

4) Find your Order, apply the filters if required.

5) Click on Reprint icon provided at the Order line to generate the Receipt.
