How to enable the POS Auto Lock?

Here’s how to enable and configure POS Auto Lock in Metro:

1) Access the POS Module:

Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.


2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale.


    2.1) Under the Retail features, set the field ‘Enable POS Auto Lock’ as True. And give some Time interval (in secs).

    2.2) Refresh/Open the Session and you can notice the screen gets locked after the configured time interval. 

    2.3) To unlock the session, click on the Lock icon. Select the Cashier. Enter the PIN (If enabled).
