How to reset password?
To reset password in Metro ERP, follow these steps:
1) Access the URL
Open a web browser and enter the URL where your instance is hosted. This URL is usually provided by your organization or the administrator of the system.
2) Click the Reset Password Option in the login page.
3) On the reset-password page, enter the email address associated with your account.
4) After entering your email address, click on the "Confirm" button. Subsequently, you will receive an email containing instructions to reset your password. Open the email and click on the "Change Password" option, then follow the provided link to set your new password.
5) Now you will be able to authenticate to the system using your email address and the newly created password.
