To create a new account in the chart of accounts in Metro ERP's Accounting App, follow these steps:

1) Go to the 'Accounting' module.

2) Navigate to 'Configuration' > ‘Chart of Accounts.’

3) Click 'Create' to add a new account.

4) Provide the account details such as account name, code, account type, parent account (if applicable), and other relevant information.

5) Save the chart of accounts.
